Account Credit and Recharge Instructions

Introduction

This section provides guidance on handling low CodeSouler account credits and outlines the steps for recharging credits. The aim is to help users successfully complete the recharge process and continue using the plugin's features. If you have any questions, please contact the ChuanShen Assistant for support.

Overview of the Credit System

CodeSouler uses a credit-based billing model. As users interact with the plugin, the system deducts credits based on the actions performed and features utilized.

⚠ When Credits are Insufficient

When a user's credit balance is insufficient to continue using the plugin's features, the system will automatically trigger a notification, alerting the user that their balance is low.

Recharge Process Instructions

To facilitate the credit recharge process, we offer a convenient offline payment service. The detailed recharge process is as follows:

  1. Contact ChuanShen Assistant: Users can recharge through the Chuanshen Assistant (cartoon character of Little Green Man) on the right side of the OpenCSG official website. Or scan the QR code at the bottom of the document to add the contact information of the assistant.

  2. Scan the QR Code: Users should use their mobile devices to scan the customer service QR code, which will direct them to a chat interface with customer support.

  3. Offline Recharge: In the chat interface, users can discuss the details of the recharge amount and method with the support representative. The representative will assist in completing the offline payment process.

  4. Recharge Confirmation: After the payment is completed, the user's credit balance will be updated, and The recharge result will be displayed in real-time in the individual's expense bill.

Notes

  • Ensure that the recharge process is conducted in a secure and trusted network environment to protect transaction security.
  • If any issues arise during the recharge process, users can contact customer support via the ChuanShen Assistant for immediate assistance.
  • The system automatically logs the time and amount of each recharge. Users can view their recharge history in the "Personal Information" - "Billing Details" section of the interface.
