Recharge & Billing

The Recharge & Billing module is designed for platform financial and operations administrators to manage and monitor operational stats, compute service consumption bills, user recharge records, voucher allocations, and invoice requests.

1. Operating Reports ​

Operating Reports serve as the executive analytics dashboard for platform commercial operations, consolidating high-level business metrics such as total revenue, compute voucher issuance and consumption, and active billing users.

  • Metrics Overview: Tracks total revenue, compute service consumption, model call costs, and related financial data within specified timeframes.
  • Analytical Dashboards: Integrated with the built-in Superset BI engine to deliver breakdown charts on compute resource types, popular LLM model API billing, and overall usage trends.

2. Consumption Reports ​

Consumption Reports record detailed billing logs for all users and organizations using Spaces, Serverless Inference, Finetuning, and API calls across the platform.

3. Recharge Reports ​

Recharge Reports document and manage historical account balance recharges made by users via WeChat Pay, Alipay, or wire transfer.

4. Compute Vouchers ​

Compute Vouchers provide dedicated credits for enterprises or R&D teams to directly offset GPU/NPU compute service consumption.

  • Voucher Generation: Enables administrators to create voucher specifications (including name, credit value, applicable resource scope, and expiration date).
  • Targeted Allocation: Supports batch issuing of specified vouchers to designated user or organization accounts.
  • Redemption & Detail Tracking: Monitors used credit, remaining balance, and expiration status in real time to prevent unauthorized or expired redemptions.

5. Invoices ​

The Invoices module handles and audits invoicing requests submitted by users.
