Scenario: How a Corporate Legal Team Uses AgenticHub to Build a Legal Assistant

1. Background​

Corporate legal teams often handle contract review, compliance checks, regulation lookup, and risk assessment.
These tasks require analyzing large volumes of documents and performing precise information retrieval.
With AgenticHub, teams can quickly build a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)–powered Legal Assistant that automates document retrieval, clause association, regulation lookup, and legal opinion generation, significantly improving workflow efficiency.

2. Accessing AgenticHub​

After logging into the Transn Community, navigate to “Apps → AgenticHub” from the top menu to open the workspace. alt text

Upon entering, the interface displays Templates, Instances, and Tasks in the left panel, and the agent interaction area on the right. alt text

AgenticHub provides a standard Legal Assistant Template that can be used as a foundation for creating a RAG-powered legal intelligence agent.

Steps:

  1. Open the Templates panel on the left
  2. Select the “Simple RAG” template
  3. Click Run
  4. Fill in the instance name and description
  5. The created instance will appear under Instances alt text

To enable accurate legal retrieval, the instance can be configured with enterprise-specific legal documents.

Recommended document types:

  • Standard contract templates
  • Historical contracts
  • Corporate compliance policies
  • National regulations (e.g., Labor Contract Law)
  • Internal approval and governance documents

Steps:

  1. Open the instance
  2. Navigate to the knowledge base configuration section
  3. Upload documents
  4. The system automatically parses and vectorizes the content

Once the knowledge base is configured, the legal assistant can be tested directly in the instance chat interface.

Example query:

Check whether this employment contract restricts part-time work and list the legal references.

The system will automatically:

  • Identify intent
  • Retrieve relevant contract and regulation segments
  • Generate a legal analysis
  • Provide citations for referenced laws
